Ruziyeva Dilnoz Isomjonovna was born on August 24, 1968, in Kogon city, Bukhara region. In 1991, she graduated from Belgorod State Pedagogical Institute named after M.S. Olminsky (full-time department). Specialization: Russian language and literature. 1991–1994 — postgraduate student at the Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Uzbekistan. 1994–1999 — associate professor at Bukhara State University. 2000–2006 — doctoral student at Tashkent State Pedagogical University (TSPU) named after Nizami. 2006–2016 — associate professor and professor at TSPU. 2016–2020 — head of the 'General Pedagogy' department at TSPU. 2021–2022 — head of the Education Quality and Research Control Department at the Banking and Finance Academy of Uzbekistan. 2022–2023 — professor at the University of Public Safety. Since February 2023 — Rector of Bukhara innovations university.
