Bukhara innovation university is a modern higher education institution established in november 2022. The university operates on two campuses: bukhara city and gulistan city (Sirdaryo region).

The university occupies an area of 8261.4 sq.m (on a lease basis). The territory has 2 academic buildings and 3 dormitories. The university has 54 classrooms with 7,246 seats, 4 computer labs with 150 seats, 3 assembly halls with 320 seats, and 3 dormitories with 400 beds.
Currently, 11,532 students are studying at the university. This includes 3,766 students in full-time education across 22 educational directions, 7,766 students in part-time education, and 856 students in 4 master's degree programs.

The glorious path of the university from its foundation to the present day.
In November 2022, Bukhara Innovation University was officially established. The university is located in Bukhara region, Bukhara city, Istiqlol MCA, Alpomish street, building 1. The total area was 8261.4 sq.m (on a lease basis). At the initial stage, 2 academic buildings and 3 dormitories were put into operation.
The university's activities expanded to the Sirdaryo region. The Gulistan campus (Sirdaryo region, Mirzaobod district, Navruz MFY, Mustaqillik street, building 40) was opened. 1 faculty and 4 departments were established. Bachelor's programs in 22 educational directions and master's programs in 4 specializations began operation.
In 2024 the cultural and educational work of the university expanded. The «Ma’rifat ulashib» project was launched under order No. 122 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated 17 April 2024. A Navruz festival was held at the Gulistan campus with an exhibition of national dishes, student performances and the traditional sumalak celebration. Throughout the year the «Journey across the Homeland» programme, weekly enlightenment lessons and the «Zukko kitobxon», «Zakovat» and «Bilimdon talaba» contests were held regularly.
Currently, 11,532 students are studying at the university (full-time - 3,766, part-time - 7,766, master's - 856). 107 faculty members work (scientific potential 43%). Modern 'artificial intelligence laboratory', 'robotics room', 'defectology laboratory', centers for teaching 8 foreign languages, and a 'media center' worth 10 thousand US dollars have been launched.
By the council decision of 27 August 2026 a new organisational structure of the university was approved, effective from 1 September. The university continues its work under the name «ASMAN UNIVERSITY». The structure provides for five vice-rector posts: the First Vice-Rector for Strategy and vice-rectors for academic affairs, research and innovation, financial affairs, and youth affairs and cultural education. The number of academic departments was increased to six.

Regular events are organized to educate students as spiritually enlightened, patriotic individuals
Within the framework of resolution no. 122 of the ministry of higher education, science and innovation dated april 17, 2024, spiritual and educational events are held with the participation of famous writers and poets.
Trips of teachers and students to the cities of samarkand, Sirdaryo and bukhara have been organized to study the ancient and rich history of our country and to promote it widely among young people.
Every friday, 'enlightenment lessons' are organized. Lecturers are provided with all promotional materials, and all students are fully involved.
Competitions such as 'Zukko kitobxon', 'Zakovat', 'Bilimdon talaba', 'National values festival', 'Quvnoqlar va zukolar' are regularly held.
The compliance control system management department has been established at the university. Promotional materials on anti-corruption are installed on every floor of the building and on classroom doors.
Anonymous surveys are conducted among students, and transparency principles are fully ensured.
Work carried out on student safety and crime prevention
Deputy head of the regional department of internal affairs Jalilov abduvohid Naimovich is assigned to the university. Every thursday, 'crime prevention' and 'student safety' days are held.
No criminal cases
As of february 1 of the current year, there are no students who have committed crimes at the university, regular cooperation has been established between the educational institution and the regional department of internal affairs in crime prevention, and systematic work is being carried out.
The university covers promotional materials on social networks such as Telegram, Instagram, Facebook. A 'media center' consisting of modern equipment worth 10 thousand us dollars is operating.
