On 19 September, IT Community of Uzbekistan held its Roadshow event in the city of Bukhara. The IT Community Roadshow brought together more than 190 participants at Asman University in Bukhara. To make participation even more accessible, free transport was arranged for attendees from Kogon and Qorako‘l. Throughout the day, the speakers shared their experience in building a career in IT, developing startups, freelancing and using AI for professional growth. During the networking sessions participants were able to ask the speakers questions, expand their professional contacts, talk over coffee breaks and take part in interactive activities with a chance to win prizes. We express our gratitude to the speakers who shared their valuable knowledge and experience: Shavkat Karimov, Amir Hotami, Madina Berkimbayeva, A’zam Umarov, Azizbek Qurbonov, Nozima Sharifova, Shuxrat Mirzayev, Dilafruz Xidoyatova, Olimbek Nizomov and Kamilla Beknazarova. In honour of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ASMAN UNIVERSITY held a creative essay competition among students on the theme «My Contribution to the Development of the Motherland». The main objectives of the competition were: • To strengthen love for the Motherland and a sense of national pride among young people; • To reveal the creative and intellectual potential of students; • To shape an active civic position. Participants presented their works on such relevant topics as «The Great Sons of My Motherland», «I Am Proud to Be an Uzbek Citizen» and «Serving the Motherland Is My Greatest Goal». According to the final results, the most active and talented students were awarded first-, second- and third-degree diplomas as well as letters of appreciation by the university administration.

On 19 September the IT Community Roadshow comes to Bukhara — a large-scale series of events dedicated to building a career in AI and IT. The event will be hosted at ASMAN UNIVERSITY. Together with speakers and volunteers, master classes and talks will be held for young men and women who want to choose a direction in IT, find their dream job or launch their own startup. The Bukhara Roadshow features talks on the following topics: • the role of AI in building an IT career; • launching successful startups; • developing a personal brand on LinkedIn and practical freelancing advice. Networking, interactive games with prizes and many other engaging activities are also planned. Free buses will be arranged for participants travelling from Kogon to the IT Community Roadshow in Bukhara. Seats on the bus are limited, so registering in advance is recommended. Another meeting was held at ASMAN UNIVERSITY as part of the “Thursday – Youth Day” initiative, aimed at supporting the aspirations of student youth and listening to their proposals and initiatives. During the dialogue, which took place in a sincere atmosphere, the leadership and young people engaged in a lively exchange of views, discussing ways to further enhance the students’ academic process, their scientific and creative pursuits, and their social engagement. At the meeting, the young people shared the questions that concern them, pressing problems and new ideas. Every proposal was listened to attentively, and appropriate measures were determined for implementing the young people’s initiatives and supporting them in every respect. Open dialogues of this kind serve to increase students’ social engagement and to lay the groundwork for their future plans.

Dilafruz Orifovna Sodiqova, a 1st-year Master's student in "Management of Educational Institutions" at Bukhara University of Innovation, has emerged as the winner of the international competition "Devotee of Science" (Ilm-fan fidoyisi). In recognition of her achievement, she was awarded the "Devotee of Science" breast badge and a special certificate. The administration and staff of Bukhara University of Innovation sincerely congratulate Dilafruz Orifovna Sodiqova on this prestigious international milestone and high honor. We wish our Master's student continued success and outstanding achievements in her future academic and professional endeavors.

Students of the 4th-year external education department of Bukhara Innovation University organized a spiritual-educational event titled "Echo Reflected in History". The event was opened with a welcoming address by First Vice-Rector for Strategy Sharipov Shavkat Safarovich, who especially highlighted the role of spiritual-educational events in youth upbringing. During the event, meaningful presentations were showcased through family values, the high regard given to family in our historical heritage, stage performances with student participation, creative shows, and question-and-answer sessions.

A.A.Bobokulov, a lecturer of the Department of Economics and Financial Technologies at Bukhara Innovation University, conducted a high-level open lesson on the topic "Tax Evasion" within the Shadow Economy subject, with the participation of students from groups 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3 IQT-22. During the session, students were given detailed explanations — supported by real-life examples and statistical data — on the stability of the tax system, the negative impact of shadow turnover on the state economy, and the legal and economic consequences of failing to fulfill tax obligations.

A seminar was organized at Bukhara innovation university's Guliston Campus with the aim of widely informing the public about the content and essence of the Decree No. PF-33 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 3, 2026. Representatives of the district Family and Women's Department and regional propaganda group members participated in the event. During the seminar, detailed information was provided on the priority directions set out in the Decree, in particular: protection of women's and children's rights; new legal mechanisms for preventing pressure and violence; and issues of strengthening advocacy and outreach work in the regions. In addition, visual materials explaining the content of the Decree were distributed to participants. Students and seminar attendees received comprehensive answers to their questions from specialists.

On April 9–14, one of the most prestigious events in the field of artificial intelligence — the "National AI Hackathon" competition — was held in Bukhara region. This innovative contest held at the regional level made a great impression on everyone with its high level of organization and exciting projects. In the Entrepreneurship track of this competition, Bukhara innovation university student Sultanova Parvina Anvarovna, together with the Protocol X team, left all competitors behind and won the honorable 3rd place! This victory demonstrated not only our student's entrepreneurial and technological potential, but also the quality of artificial intelligence education at our university.

On April 15, a meeting was organized with Uzbek students studying in South Korea. Bukhara innovation university Rector, Professor Ruziyeva Dilnoz Isomjonovna participated in this meeting and held direct dialogue with the youth. During the dialogue, University Rector Dilnoz Isomjonovna particularly emphasized that youth policy in our country has been elevated to a new level and the wide opportunities being created in the fields of science and entrepreneurship. Noting that the modern knowledge acquired by young people abroad is an important resource for Uzbekistan's development, she called on them to be patriotic and to mobilize their acquired experience for the prosperity of our country. In the warm and sincere dialogue, students' suggestions were heard and it was stated that the university is always ready to support talented youth.
