IV Uzbekistan–Turkey Rectors Forum has begun its work

The Fourth Uzbekistan–Turkey Rectors Forum on "Developing Uzbekistan–Turkey Higher Education Cooperation for Global Competitiveness" is currently taking place at Bukhara State Technical University. Rector of Bukhara Innovations University, Ruziyeva Dilnoza Isomjonovna, is actively participating in this forum.

About the Forum

On May 21–23, 2026, the IV Uzbekistan–Turkey Rectors Forum opened at Bukhara State Technical University under the theme "Developing Uzbekistan–Turkey Higher Education Cooperation for Global Competitiveness".

Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony was attended by Erol Arjaklioğlu, member of the Executive Committee of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Turkey and head of the delegation, Asror Norov, Director of the Innovation Development Agency, and Bakhtiyor Odilov, Deputy Governor of Bukhara Region, who congratulated the forum participants.

Participants

The forum is attended by leaders of nearly 60 higher education institutions from Uzbekistan and Turkey, including rectors, vice-rectors, faculty members and international experts.

Participation of BUI Rector

Rector of Bukhara Innovations University, Ruziyeva Dilnoza Isomjonovna, is actively participating in the forum and taking part in important discussions on further strengthening and developing cooperation between higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and Turkey.

Forum Objectives

The forum is being held to further develop cooperation in higher education between Uzbekistan and Turkey, enhance global competitiveness, and expand academic exchange and joint research projects.
